Fusion Leftover Sambar Paratha | How To Make Sambar Paratha

Sambar Paratha is a 'Salty n Tangy' flavored tasty bread. This is again one of my fusion dish. Everybody is curious to know that How to make Sambar Paratha, I'll show you how to prepare it. This paratha is unique and delicious paratha recipe with leftover sambar dal. (see how to make tangy sambar).

This paratha is very healthy and khasta (soft) in taste. This tasty flatbread / Paratha is best serve with your favorite pickle and best going with tea also. They are made with wheat flour, sambar and other ingredients which is easily available at your kitchen..
 
Today i discover new Mouth-Watering recipe of Sambar Paratha. This is my new invention and creativity with cooking. It's very easy and simple recipe to make. Me and my husband enjoyed this sambar paratha, I'm sure you will all like it and prepare it with your leftover sambar dal. This is a good and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients :

Leftover Sambar Dal - 1 cup
Wheat Flour - 2 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Pinch of Garam masala powder
Chopped Coriander leaves
Oil
Water

Preparation Method :

1. Sieve the wheat flour in a bowl, add leftover sambar in it and add salt to taste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and mix well with your hands.

2. Now add enough water and knead into a soft dough and add little bit oil and knead for few seconds again and keep it aside.

3. Divine the dough into medium sized balls.

4. Take a medium sized ball and roll out the half way to a roti and add little bit oil inside the roti in center and spread it using with your hands, now close the roti as shown in the picture and flatten it in between your palms.

5. Roll out the same again very gently into a roti but little bit thick other than plain roti.

6. Now place it on a heated tawa and cook it as you would cook plain paratha. Cook one side with oil until light brown spots appear on one side as shown in above pic.

7. Serve hot-hot paratha with yummy any of your favorite pickle, curd, butter and tea.
