This is rich and creamy butter toffee recipe can be enjoyed any time of year ! A delicious recipe for chewy homemade caramels with a hint of butter, corn syrup and other sweet ingredients. This is the perfect sweet candy recipe. The butter caramels recipe are very easy to prepare. 

The caramels tasted very good and just yummy. I love to try new recipes, in any part of the world because food has no boundaries. I saw this recipe in TLC, i really liked it and start finding the products in Bangalore, its very tough to get ingredients in India, but you don't worry, I can find out the best substitutes of these ingredients. Let's start the recipe of butter toffee with step by step process.

Ingredients :

White sugar - 1 cup
Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
Corn syrup - 1/2 cup

Evaporated milk - 1/2 cup
Heavy whipping cream - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract - 1/4 tbsp


*Note* 

1. Substitute of Evaporated milk - Evaporated milk is a milk with about 60% 
    of the water has been removed. It comes in "CANs" only. If you don't have  
    any, make your own 
    Simmer 2.25 cups of regular milk on low flame till it becomes 1 cup.  

2. Corn syrup recipe
         2 cup white sugar
         3/4 cup water
         A pinch of salt
  • Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer and put cover for 3 minutes to get sugar crystals off the sides of the pan.
  • Uncover and simmer, stirring often, until it reaches the soft ball stage.
  • Cool and store in a covered container at room temperature.
  • Your syrup should keep for about 2 months.
Preparation Method :

1. Grease a pan.

2. In a medium-size pot, combine white sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, whipping cream and butter.

3. Monitor the heat of the mixture with a candy while stirring. Remove the pot from the heat.

4. Stir in vanilla extract. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan and let the mixture cool completely.

5. When cooled cut the Carmel into small squares and wrap them in wax paper for storage.

Homemade Lemon Iced Tea | Refreshing Drink Recipe
Lemon Iced tea is easy to make and wonderfully refreshing drink for summers. I love iced tea. It is nature's antiseptic and a healthy alternative to soda and coffee. It helps reduce surgical swelling. It even helps reduce weight. Here's the recipe of Lemon Iced Tea with step by step process..

Ingredients :

1/2 cup Lime juice
2 tsp Tea / 1 tea bags
2 cups Water
2 tsp Sugar(adjust according to your taste)
Ice cubes(as needed)
Sliced Lemon and Mint leaves for garnishing

Preparation Method :

1. Boil the water, add tea / tea bags and allow it to boil. Strain the tea and collect the black tea. Let it cool for sometime and then add the lime juice.

2. Add the sugar and mix well (for effective weight loss, have lemon tea without sugar).

3. Your Lemon Iced Tea is ready. Refrigerate the tea and serve chill whenever needed.

3. Add fresh lemon slices to add flavor for the tea(the tangy flavor will keep your taste buds happy)and ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chill.

My creativity * You can add your favorite fruits in it also(cut small diced of fruits and put it into Lemon tea while serving, they'll give u a fancy look. I put generally strawberries and mango)

Bharwa Karele | Stuffed Masala Bittergourd Recipe
Bharwa Kerele or Stuffed masala bittergourd is one of the veggie which is not liked by many. This recipe of karela stuffed with tangy masala. This is one of my favorite recipe to prepare and I relish it a lot. Karela Lovers would adore this yummy recipe. Stuffed Bharwa karele is best going with chapatti, parathas. This is best combination with all curry veggies but specially going with Yellow Dal tadka. 

I learn this recipe of Stuffed bharwa karela from my mother. This is traditional and authentic bharwa karela recipe. Bittergourd pieces saute with onion and other ingredients and fried crisp.

Bittergourd is a natural blood purifier and has numerous benefits. Friends, try out this wonderful recipe of bharwa karele. It is incredible easy and tasty dish.

Ingredients :

Bittergourd/Karela - 500 gms

Turmeric powder
Dry Mango Powder
Red Chilli powder
Coriander Powder
Garam Masala powder
Salt to taste
Chopped Onions - 2 nos
Chopped Coriander Leaves for garnish

Method :

1. First make masala for bittergourd stuffing- Take a bowl, add salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, little bit of garam masala powder and Mix it well. Keep it aside.

2. Peel the skin of Karela/bittergourd and Make a cut on each karela vertically keeping the base intact. Remove the pith and seeds with your hands.

3. Apply or rub salt over the karela and keep aside for 4-5 hrs. (keep in a fridge)

4. After hours, take them bittergourd from fridge and put it in a room temperature for few minutes, throw away the juices with the help of your palm and rinse the gourds well. Wipe them dry.

5. Stuff the karela with the dry masala mix with a spoon. Stuff well and tighten the stuffed karela with a clean thread. Wrung the thread all around.

6. Heat oil in kadai/pan and fry the karela on a low flame till they get browned and cooked well.  
7. Add the onions and the remaining dry masala/ spices powder into it and mix it well with karele. (The leftover spice powder is added towards the end, so that they don’t burn.)

8. While serving bharwan karele remove the threads and add chopped coriander leaves.

9. Serve the masala bharwan karela with chapatis/roti with dahi or raita. They also make a good side dish with Yellow dal.
Gobi ka Paratha is another Indian flat-bread and a very popular paratha from Punjab. This is the best meal for breakfast. This tasty bread is best serve with dahi, raita, lassi, butter.

Gobi has been combined with indian masala and used as a stuffing for a parathas. Serve Gobi paratha as a heavy breakfast, brunch or a light meal with your favourite dahi or with green chutney also.

Ingredients :


Wheat flour / Atta dough
Gobi (cauliflower) - 1 small nos grated
Chopped Green Chilies
Red chilly powder
Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow fry
Chopped Coriander leaves

PREPARATION METHOD :

1. For preparing Gobi paratha, first grated the gobi.

2. Take grated Gobi/Cauliflower in a bowl, add all Indian spices like salt to taste, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix all ingredients together.


3. Take a piece of dough in hand. With the help of rolling board and rolling pin, roll it out in a small circle. Now, put the Gobi Stuffing in the center of the rolled out dough.

4. Sprinkle the flour on rolling board. Make a paratha with very soft hands and It should be little bit thicker than roti.


Note :- Gobi is coming out while you making paratha, don't worry for that. Just sprinkle the flour on paratha and smoothly make paratha.

5. Heat the tawa and cook the paratha on both the sides, smearing a little bit oil on one side. Cook until brown spots appear on the paratha.

6. Gobi/Cauliflower paratha, a nutritious recipe is ready. Serve hot Paratha with homemade butter, or salted butter, masala buttermilk and tea also.

Aloo Matar is an easy and popular vegetarian curry in North Indians. This is a simple Punjabi style curry recipe which is made from potatoes and peas in a spiced creamy tomato based sauce. This dish goes well with roti, paratha, naan and with rice also. This is quick, delicious and my all time favourite dish. Here's the recipe of Aloo Matar with very easy steps..

Ingredients :

Potato (medium) - 2 nos
Green Peas - 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 2 nos
Chopped Tomatoes - 2 nos
Chopped Ginger [little bit]
Chopped Garlic cloves [2-3 cloves] (you can use ginger-garlic paste also - 1tbsp)
Red chili powder
Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Oil - As required

Preparation Method :

1. For preparing aloo matar recipe, first scrap off the outer brown skin of the potatoes, wash them and slice in cubes.

2. For making masala - Grind chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, ginger and green chilies(optional) in a mixer to make a thick paste, add 1 tbsp of water(if it is required).

3. Heat a oil in a cooker, add onion-tomato masala. Saute for few minutes. Add all spices coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and saute in a low flame till the masala is cooked. When masala is leaving oil in around, it means your masala is cooked.

4. Add potato pieces, green peas and stir well. Add water (as per your requirement of gravy) to the aloo matar mix and cover with a lid.
Pressure cook the aloo matar with until done. Give 3 whistles in a high flame, then switch off the flame. 

5. Open the cooker, cook well in medium heat until water is little bit absorbed and done. Add garam masala powder and mix it.

6. Aloo matar dish is ready, Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

7. Serve Aloo Matar dish with roti, paratha, naan and with rice also.
 
Beat the heat with cool & refreshing drink "Rooafzah Lemonade". Rooafzah is one cooling drink which  have grown up drinking every summer. It is a sweet chilled drink mixed with rooafzah syrup. This is easily available in super markets in summers. 

This is simple and refreshing drink for summers. This is the drink which is liked by every generation. It requires very less ingredient to make this chilled drink and which is easily available in your kitchen.

Ingredients :

Warm water - 3 cups
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp.
Black salt - 5 tbsp
Rooafzah Syrup / Rose syrup - 5 tbsp
Ice-cubes
Fresh Lemon slices for garnishing (optional)


Preparation Method :

1. Add ice-cubes, warm, rooafzah syrup into a blender. Blend all the mixture till ice becomes crushed. (during blend all ingredients, water change the color it become baby pink color)

2. Add lemon juice and black salt and again blend for few minutes till all the ingredients mixed well.


3. Serve chilled and garnish with lemon slices.

Twisted Mango-Coffee Smoothie
This is a great combination smoothie. It is a quick, easy snack and instant breakfast recipe. Yesterday, I tried new twisted mango-coffee smoothie, hope you all like it and try it at your home also. I just love the twisted taste of mango and coffee in one smoothie. This is very healthy smoothie recipe. Learn, how to make Twisted Mango-Coffee Smoothie with easy steps.

Ingredients :

Mango sliced- 1 cup(chopped)
Coffee powder - 2 tbsp.
Chilled Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - As required
Ice cubes - As required

Procedure

1. For preparing mango-coffee smoothie, Add sliced mango, coffee powder and sugar in to blender. Blend until smooth texture.

2. Add chilled milk, ice cubes and blend into a fine smoothie.

3. Serve chilled and garnish with mango slice.
Vegetarian Hakka Noodles is another Indo-Chinese recipe. It's all time favorite chinese snack among kids and young generation. Lots of vegetables are stir fried with boiled noodles and special Chinese flavors. It is also called a Chowmein in many parts of India. Ingredients :

Noodles - 2 packets
Oil - 2 tbsp.
Chopped Garlic pods - 3 nos (cut into small pieces)
Chopped Orange Carrots - 2 nos(small)
Chopped Capsicum - 1 no
Chopped Onion - 1 no(large)
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp.
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder

Preparation Method :

1.  Boil water and add noodles and add little bit oil in a water, so all the noodles will not sticking each other. Cooked the noodles, till 80%.

2. Drain the boiled noodles and put cold water in noodles (to stop cooking of noodles).

3. Heat oil in a pan/ kadai/ wok. Add garlic and cook till brown. Now add onions, saute till onion become transparent.

4. Add chopped carrots, capsicum and add salt to taste, red chilli powder, mix well.
5. Saute them and lower the flame when the vegetables are half cooked.

6. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and mix it well.

7. Add cooked noodles and mix it well. Serve it hot.

A smoothie is a thick shake blended with fresh fruits with milk or yogurt. We always make banana and mango shake at home, but I want to try this mango-banana combination for smoothie. 

I like this combination very much..So, today I tried this mango banana smoothie at home and posted now. This is very healthy smoothie and a great evening and morning breakfast.

Ingredients :

Mango - 1 cup(chopped)
Banana - 2 no (chopped)
Chilled Milk / Yogurt - 1 cup
Honey - 1 tbsp (optional)
Sugar - As required
Ice cubes - As required

Preparation Method :

1. For preparing mango banana smoothie, Add mango, banana and sugar in to blender. Blend until smooth texture.

2. Add chilled milk, honey, ice cubes and blend into a fine smoothie.

3. Serve chilled and garnish with mango/banana slice.
My latest idea has been spreading a big spoonful of this mayonnaise on a Brown bread / Crisp Toast. This is best Tea time breakfast dish and very light in weight. This is my husband and mine favorite veg sandwich. This is purely homemade sandwich, No grilling, No baking it's only toasted sandwich. This is so simple to make and tasty sandwich recipe. Crispy sandwich toasted with butter and topped with mayonnaise & veggies. Here's my recipe of Cucumber-Carrot Mayonnaise Sandwich with easy steps..

Prep Time – 5 minutes
Cook Time – 4 minutes

Ingredients

Brown Bread Slices
Butter to fry
Mayonnaise ( i used mixed cucumber & carrot one)

Chopped lettuce or coriander leaves
Fresh veggies, finely grated(I used cucumber & carrot)
Salt to taste
Pepper as required

Method
1. Apply butter on one side of the bread and toast it to slight crisp and golden brown.

2. Mix the grated cucumber, carrot, salt and pepper with the mayonnaise.

3. Add chopped lettuce or coriander leaves.


4. Spread the mayonnaise mix on toasted side of the bread and sandwich with another bread.

5. Finally, toast the sandwich with butter on both the sides till slightly brown and cut into pieces and Serve it with tea.
This is again one of my fusion drink recipe. A simple drink that is cool and refreshing !! A zesty combination of rooafzah, lemon juice and orange juice.

For 4 to 6 persons
 
Ingredients :

Rooafzah - 1/2 cup
Chilled water
Oranges - 2 nos (fresh orange juiced)
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Ice cubes - 1 cup
Lime juice - 1 tbsp (1/2 lemon cut into small pieces)

Alternate option for Orange Juice you can use orange rasna for this drink with same quantity as like rooafzah.

Preparation Method :

1. Mix all the ingredients Rooafzah, water and orange juice, lime juice adjust the sweetness as per your requirement.

2. Add the cut lime slices and ice cubes.

3. Serve cold.
Beat the heat with cool and refreshing rich "Homemade Mango Lassi". This creamy cold drink makes your day perfect. This is purely delicious. This lassi is famous all-over India and you can get these lassi in restaurants also. You can drink this Mango Lassi any time like in breakfast, lunch or evening time also. 

This lassi is prepared with yoghurt, mango and very less ingredients which is easily available in your kitchen. It is the perfect drink for summers. There are many ways to make this recipe and this is one of them, it's easy and delicious mango lassi.

Ingredients :

Mango Pulp - 3/4 cup
Yoghurt / Curd - 1 cup
Sugar - 2-3 tbsp ( adjust sugar as per as your taste)
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cardamom  - 1/2 tbsp (optional)
Ice-cubes

Tip : *Ripe mangoes can also be uses instead of 'mango pulp.'. Peel mangoes and blend them in a mixer grinder to get a smooth pulp. Increase/ decrease the amount of milk and sugar to desired consistency and sweetness.

Preparation Method :

1. Blend together all the ingredients in a blender/mixer for around 2 mins to get a smooth mixture.

2. Serve chilled Mango Lassi with ice-cubes.

Homemade Masala Layered Paratha | Lachha Paratha 
It is whole wheat layered flat bread. Crispy Masala Layered paratha is easy to make at home. It is special variety of regular paratha with flaky layers on the outside and moist in the middle. It is popular paratha from North-India but now-a-days its popular all over India. It is made from wheat flour dough with very less ingredients. Lachha Paratha is a treat with any meal and can be served with any gravy dish as per as your choice.

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour Dough
Salt to taste
Red Chilly powder
Clarified Butter aka Desi Ghee for fry

Preparation Method :

1. Take a dough ball, flatten it slightly by pressing between your palms or against rolling board and coat it with dry wheat flour. Roll it out flat in a circular shape (approx. 7-8 inch in diameter) or as thin as possible. Now spread 1/2 tsp clarified butter aka Desi-ghee evenly over entire surface using spoon or hand  and sprinkle 1 tsp dry wheat flour over it. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and red chilly powder.

2. Hold approx 1/3 inch wide strip with your first two fingers and thumb from the top edge of rolled raw paratha, lift and fold backwards such that top edge remains on top. Now hold two ends of pleated strip and repeat lift and fold backwards process until entire rolled paratha is like a stack of folded pleats (japanese fan).
3. Roll it like a Swiss roll. Press and stick outer-end against roll’s immediate surface.
4. Place it horizontally on rolling board. Coat it with dry wheat flour and roll it out gently without applying too much pressure and give it a round shape.
5. Heat tawa or griddle over medium flame. Place raw lachha paratha on a hot tawa. When you see tiny bubbles rise on the surface, flip it up side down. Apply little ghee over each side and cook until both sides get evenly golden-brown spots.
6. Transfer it on to kitchen towel. Hold the sides of the paratha with kitchen towel and crumble it gently to highlight the layers. Spread butter or ghee as per your preference. Soft and crispy paratha is ready to serve.
At home, we call this recipe as Meethe Chawal. In English, the simple translation would mean Sweet Rice, where Meethe is known as "Sweet" and Rice is called as "Chawal". Sweet rice is very easy to make and a perfect desert for small pooja, party and get together at home.

This yellowish colored rice recipe is a sweet and delectable one. They are very popular in Punjab. Deserts made with rice, cardamom and other delicious ingredients. This is one of the desert which is liked by every person and loved by kids also. This is also called "Zarda" and traditional Pakistani sweet dish, which is made in every occasion. It is easy to make and consists of simple ingredients.Learn how to make Meethe chaawal with very simple and easy steps.

Ingredients :

Basmati Rice - 2 cups [wash and soaked in water]
Yellow-Orange Food Color
Black Cardamom seeds (badi eliachi) - 2 nos / Cloves(laung) -5 nos
Small Cardamom (choti eliachi) - 8 tsp
Desi Ghee(clarified butter) - 5-6 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp (wash and soaked in water)
Chopped 8-10 almonds
Sliced Dried Coconut
Sugar - 1-1/2 cup (adjust according to taste)
Water for sugar syrup - 1-1/2 cup
Water for rice - 2-1/2 cup

Preparation Method :

1. For Sugar Syrup - Mix 1-1/2 cup water and sugar in a pan. Add saffron/food color and bring to boil, stirring in between. Keep it aside.

2. Heat Desi ghee in a heavy bottom pan or kadai. Add cardamom, black cardamom seeds/cloves. Stir for few seconds. Now Add almonds, drained out raisins and dried coconut. 

3. Add drained rice and mix gently. Add 2-1/2 cup of water and boil it.

4. Reduce flame. Keep tawa under the pan of rice as soon as it starts to boil to reduce the heat further. Cook it till the water gets absorbed. 

5. Now add sugar syrup. Mix lightly sugar syrup with rice. Cover the lid and cook on low heat till rice is done and syrup is absorbed.

6. Garnish with nuts and Serve hot Meethe chaawal to your family members.

My latest idea has been spreading a big spoonful of this mayonnaise on a Rusk/ Crisp Toast. This is best Tea time breakfast dish and very light in weight. Crispy rusk toasted with butter and topped with mayonnaise. 

Ingredients :

Tea Rusk - 4 nos
Butter - 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Grounded Black Pepper
Finely Diced Onion - 1 tbsp (cut into very small cubes)
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Grated Cheese - 1 tbsp

Method :

1. Pre-heat the oven.

2. Generously smear the butter on both the side of the rusk.

3. Mix together the grated cheese, mayonnaise, black pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, onion and salt.

Tip : Not much salt, since the mayonnaise & cheese already has some salt in it.

4. Top each rusk piece with the mixture.

5. Grease a baking tray with little butter/oil. Place the rusk pieces in baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins.

6. Serve hot French Rusk Toast with evening Tea.

Poached eggs are perfect paired with buttered brown bread toast to make a comforting breakfast on any day of the week. This is the simple way to transform the humble egg into a luxurious treat. It's oil free food and their taste is creamy in texture. It's easy to prepare. This is the healthy way of eating eggs.

Ingredients :

Egg - 2 nos
Water
Salt to tatte
Pepper
Brown bread

Preparation Method :

1. For preparing poached egg, first boil water in a pan.

2. Add salt in a water. When water starts to boil, simmer the flame.

3. Pour the egg carefully in water.

Tip : You can pouring egg into 2 ways -
  • First just crack the egg and pour it into water directly but make sure about their skin of egg, it will not dropped into water, or 
  • Secondly, first you crack the egg, pour into a bowl and then pour it into water. (that is the most safest way to pouring eggs on water)
4. Just stir the water without touching eggs. It's cooked until the egg white has solidified and but the egg yolk remains soft, just remove it into a plate. Slightly cut from top with very soft hand.

5. Poached egg is ready. Serve with buttered brown bread toast and just sprinkle the pepper / oregano on top. Serve immediately.
How many of you like Moong dal ke Ladoo? I am one of them :) ^_^ & I can eat anytime this yummy spongy Ladoo with green chutney and tamarind chutney. This is my mom's favorite snack and she usually eat when they go outside. This special Ladoo recipe is dedicated to my mom :) 

This is one of the popular snack from North-India. This ladoo is a classic snack item among Indian popular street food recipe. It is easy to prepare. Learn how to make moong dal ke ladoo at home with step by step process. 

Ingredients: 

Yellow moong dal - 1 cup
Bengal gram dal (chana dal) - 1/2 cup
Asafeotida(hing) - 1/2 tbsp
Besan - 1-2 tbsp (optional)
Red chilli powder
Baking soda
Chat masala
Turmeric powder
A pinch of Garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Grated Radish and cucumber (mooli lacha and kakdi) 

Preparation Method: 

1. Wash and soak the lentils (dal) separately overnight. Drain complete water of the lentils, and grind them into a coarse paste. Mix both the paste. 

2. Using a hand beater or a spoon, add all dry ingredients like salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hing, garam masala, baking soda and beat the lentils till they become fluffy and light. Then now add besan and beat it again to become the batter fluffy and light in weight.

3. Heat oil in a kadai / wok, temperature of the oil should not be very hot or cold. The flame should be on medium heat. Using hands form small balls of the paste and put them in oil simultaneously. 

4. Fry them slowly on medium heat till they turn golden in color. Place them on an absorbent paper. 

5. Repeat the process in making 15-20 Ladoos. When to serve, heat oil again on high flame and fry the ladoos again for making them more crispy for 2-3 minutes. 

6. Serve the ladoos and garnished with green or tamarind Chutney, chat masala, grated radish and cucumber!!! 

Enjoy "Moong Dal ke Ladoo's" hot and crispy with family and friends :) :)

Important notes: 
  • One can also add chopped green chilies and grated ginger to the paste for enhancing the taste. 
  • Do not fry the lentil balls too much otherwise they will become very hard. They taste best when served hot and crispy.

Ingredients : 

Watermelon - 2 cups [de-seeded and chopped]
Lime - 2 nos [cut into halves]
Sugar - As required
Water - 1 glass
Ice cubes

Preparation Method :

1. For preparing tangy watermelon smoothie, squeeze out of the juice of the lemons and keep it aside.

2. Blend watermelon, lemon juice, sugar, salt and the water. Mix well.

3. Refreshing tangy watermelon juice is ready. Serve with crushed ice / ice cubes, Garnish it with mint leaves.
Aloo Paratha is one of the most popular paratha from North-India. This is one of my family and mine favorite dish. Yummy Aloo Paratha is stuffed with aloo (potato) mixture and other dry ingredients. This is the most popular and healthy breakfast dishes from Punjabi's family. This paratha is combined with homemade butter, salted butter, curd, pickle and lassi. 

You can make end number of parathas like rice paratha, fusion stuffed papad paratha, sambar paratha, methi paratha, lachha paratha, onion paratha and many more.

It is easy to make and tasty to eat. Here's the following recipe of famous Aloo Paratha with easy step by step process.

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour Dough / Atta
Potato (small and medium sized) - 6 nos [ boiled and mashed]
Chopped Green chilies - 2 nos
Chopped Onion (medium size) - 2 nos
Red chilly powder
Dry Mango powder (amchur)
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Food oil 

Preparation Method :

1. Cut the potatoes into half and boil it in a cooker.
Tip : While boiling potatoes, add salt, it will help to peel the skin.

2. Once done, peel the skin off the potatoes and mash it with hand or a fork. 

3. Add chopped green chilies and onions.

4. Add all dry masala's it to the mashed potatoes like salt to taste, red chilly powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder (amchur) and chopped coriander leaves.

5. Make balls of the dough, Roll them into slightly thick small roti's. Fill the potatoes filling into it. Fold the roti and roll them into slightly thick roti's.

6. Oil the heated tawa and place the paratha on it and keep turning sides of the paratha. Flip the paratha, add oil / ghee/ butter as required.

7. Serve it hot with Curd or Pickle or Butter or Lassi or any of your favorite curries.
