Mooli ka Paratha is another Indian flat-bread. This is very popular dish from North-India. This is the best meal for breakfast. We know about Mooli / Radish is little bit bitter and sometimes sweet also. When you have this mooli ka
paratha, you didn't feel the bitterness, you will feel the crunchiness
of mooli with Indian spices. This tasty bread is best serve with dahi, lassi and butter. This paratha is stuffed with grated mooli/radish with less Indian spices.
You can make end number of paratha's like rice paratha, onion paratha, ajwain paratha and one the interesting yummy Achaari paratha also.

Wheat flour / Atta dough
Mooli (Radish) - 2 nos grated
Chopped Green Chilies
Red chilly powder
Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow fry
Chopped Coriander leaves
PROCEDURE :
1. For preparing Mooli paratha, first grate the mooli using with the help of kitchen utensil which is shown in below picture.
2. Take grated Mooli in a muslin cloth to remove their access water in it. Take a bowl add grated mooli, add all Indian spices like salt to taste, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, garam masala powder and mix all ingredients together.
3. Take a piece of dough in hand. With the help of rolling board and rolling pin, roll it out in a small circle. Now, put the Mooli Stuffing in the center of the rolled out dough.

4. Sprinkle the flour on rolling board. Make a paratha with very soft hands and It should be little bit thicker than roti.
Note :- Mooli is coming out while you making paratha, don't worry for that. Just sprinkle the flour on paratha and smoothly make paratha.
5. Heat the tawa and cook the radish paratha on both the sides, smearing a little bit oil on one side. Cook until brown spots appear on the paratha.
6. Mooli/ Radish paratha, a nutritious recipe is ready. Serve hot Paratha with homemade butter, or salted butter, dahi, lassi and tea also.
