Chikoo-Mango Smoothie Recipe

Beat the heat with cool & refreshing drink "Chikoo-Mango Smoothie". This is simple and refreshing drink for summers. This creamy healthy smoothie makes your day perfect. 

This smoothie made with delicious two fruits, milk and other ingredients. This is instant breakfast meal also. This is my first experience to made this chilled tasty smoothie and it was awesome & delicious too.

Ingredients :

Chikoos - 1.5 cup (de-seeded and cubed)
Mango - 1/2 cup (peeled and cubed)
Cardamom powder - A pinch (special ingredient)
Sugar - As required
Milk - As required
Water - little bit
Pinch of salt

Preparation Method :

1. For preparing smoothie, blend together chikoos, mango, sugar, salt and little bit water into a grinder. Blend until smooth texture. Now, add cardamom powder and mix well.

2. Add chilled milk, ice cubes and again blend into a fine smoothie.

3. Strain it using a strainer.

4. Your cool smoothie is ready. Serve chilled and garnish with chikoo or mango slice. You can add finely chopped both chikoo and mango slices in a smoothie.
