This recipe I saw it in a food channel, that day I decided I'll made one day Mango Ice Cream at home. I am really excited to share my recipe with all you my lovely friends. I hope you'll all like and try it at your home and Enjoy !!

Ingredients:

Mango Puree -
1 cup (almost about 2-3 mangoes)
Sugar - 3/4 cup or As required
Heavy Cream - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup

Lime Juice - 2 tbsp (Lemon is used to bring out the flavor of mango and other fruits)

Preparation Method:

1. First, wash and peel the skin from the mangoes. Cut them into small pieces. On a grinder or blender, put small cubes of mangoes, add 1/4 cup of sugar and lime juice in a blender until very smooth.

2. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream and milk with remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Stir in the pureed mango. Do not heat. Just stir / fold gently to mix with the help of stapula/ spatula.

3.
Transfer it in a ice-cream tray or in a wide container, so it freezes quickly. Covered it and keep refrigerated till its half frozen about for at least 4-5 hours.

4. Once frozen, empty the mixture in a blender and blend once more to a nice and smooth milkshake like consistency.

Note : This will get rid of all the ice crystals.

5.  Pour this is in a storage box and allow it to set for at least 4 hours.

6. Scoop out it into a bowl and Serve it with mango slices.

Enjoy :)
