Chopped Chocolate / Chocolate Chips - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1/3 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tbsp (optional)
Baking Soda -1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
Melted Butter - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Method :
1. Sieve together flour, baking soda, cardamom powder and cocoa powder into a bowl. Add milk, melted butter, sugar and salt and mix well.
2. Add little bit water and mix it well, to make a thick batter. Now add chopped chocolates or chocolate chips. Mix well. Keep it aside the batter for 10 minutes.
3. Heat a non stick pan or normal tawa on a medium heat with little bit oil. Pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa and cook on both sides until brown.
4. Serve with jam and grated chocolate on top.
These pancakes are great going with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top it with hot chocolate sauce for more goodness or just add some chocolate chips on the top.
