This is traditional "Punjabi Missi Roti Recipe" with little twist I added Poha in it to make missi roti more crunchy and tasty. Missi roti is an Indian bread made with a combination of wheat-flour and gram-flour, seasoned with fresh indian herbs & spices. I have added something different ingredient in this recipe i.e Poha (flattened rice).

This is my variation with missi roti, You can made so many variations by adding green leaf vegetables in it like methi (fenugreek leaves), spinach (palak) , onions and many more. You can check out my other variation with poha, do check poha paratha but without using gram-flour.

Missi roti are very light as well as healthy and a very good appetizer which is liked by every generation. They are great for breakfast and best going with curry dish, any dry veggie.
